Fully fenced in back yard, havc unit, stove, dish washer, microwave, Fridge (pictures show no fridge but will be putting in a new one once we have renters). Wall mount for 70in tv included. 1800/month + 1800 security deposit. Dogs are okay with a 250$/ per pet (max 2) refundable deposit with no damage caused.
