    "quiet, well maintained "
  • Kelsey.lewis026
"Great terrain and scenery. Plenty of parks and pet parks to choose from. Neighbors are very friendly and there are lots of pets within the area. "
  • Jody G.
"My partner and I have lived in Sheridan North for 17 years. We have watched the kids who once played up and down the street grow up and move out; but otherwise not much has changed. It's a quiet little haven in the middle of bustling North Arlington with families, people walking dogs, pool parties, and all the throw-backs to a simpler time."
  • Jasho T.
"LOve living here. Grew up here and all the kids would walk to school. There are a lot of parks and wonderful places nearby. "
  • Julie M.
"We have lived in this neighborhood for several years. It is very quiet, and we actually get a lot if wildflife in our backyard which we love. All of the neighbors take excellent care of their homes and yards as well, and it is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Arlington entertainment district (Rangers, Cowboys, Six Flags, etc)."
  • Julie Mayhew
"Could be nicer. The area seems great but the surrounding areas are high crime. We are iffy on staying much longer. "
  • Trulia User
"All of the sporting events in the area and amusement parks. There is a walking trail and some nice restaurants. "
  • Patricia
"The churches near by do trunk or treat fir Halloween and gives out food every Saturday mornings. The library is close too fir my kids. "
  • Kimberley W.
"Work from home, but car for everything else. Arlington has No public transportation and I’m glad we don’t. Traffic is terrible in game days, but not bad otherwise "
  • Kimberley W.
"Too much traffic & sidewalks have a lot of debris. Keep your dog on a leash because there are huge, mean other dogs out"
  • Nena G.
"Really not alot of community events that i am aware of but we are close to the center of arlington and close to river legacy which helps in finding events to go to"
  • Destiny.manuel16
"It’s quiet and peaceful. Always neat. No loud disturbances. I would stay but my family is growing so we need a bigger home."
  • Kimberley W.
"Dallas Cowboys football, amusement parks & the entertainment district. Recreation center. I live on a private drive. Thankful that It’s very uneventful "
  • Vanessa L.
"The houses on our street are nicer, many have their own gates. It’s quite a private area and is lush with greenery. It is also very safe, close to I-30 and is great location that has access to everything in the DFW area within about 30 minutes."
  • Vanessa L.
"This location is amazing for commuting to Butler Elementary, Shackelford Middle School, and Lamar High School! Some kids will get dropped off/picked up from school, others will walk home. "
  • Lavette
"This neighborhood is pretty decent. I’ve had no incidents thus far. I have lived here for about for 17 years."
  • Angela B. D.
"I own my own vehicle. I’m not near a bus stop. Sometimes I feel it can get congested due to football games at the stadium. "
  • Stylezbyteezie30
"The only thing I can think of is that not all dog owners pick up after their pets. But overall there’s a lot of trails around here that people use with their dogs."
  • Angela B. D.
"Lived in the neighborhood for 5+ years and I love it. Very quiet, never had any problems. Well maintained."
  • Coreyshmkr
"A lot of apartment complex’s in the area, with a nice nature trail near. Plenty of shopping centers and places to grab a bite to eat!"
  • Tony C.
"Great place to live and have family the local school are highly rated but crime is not bad in this area."
  • Trish G.
"I have a quick commute to work. But for those using I-30, you should leave before 7am if you are commuting east or north. Traffic can get backed up after 7am. "
  • Stephanie J.
"There is a walking trail throughout the neighborhood, people are always exercising and walking their dogs! "
  • Trulia User
"It’s one of the few gated neighborhoods. It’s easy access to dallas or ft worth. Great elementary school. "
  • Chastity J.
"There are no buses for your kids to get to school even if you live off 360. Make sure that you have before and after school ready if you can’t pick your kids up from school "
  • Robertlanejr
"No sidewalks on my street, but traffic is low enough it's not an issue. I've been pretty happy living here."
  • Myma_scott
"That the neighborhood is safe for their kids and there are activities for them al always also the schools are good schools "
  • Kimberley W.
"Very easy commute. Close to 3 major highways. Traffic is minimal when I leave for work. I avoid the stadiums when I know there’s a game or event."
  • Knswinford
"Going anywhere is a hassle, because traffic is usually very busy. Hwy 360 is being worked on, so many exits are closed and I-30 is always backed up. Going anywhere on Collins takes a while because it’s so busy. "
  • Heather S.
"our tree covered neiborhood is sweet and everything ive ever dreamed of. friendly neighbors, trails, and shade. "
  • Kari A. B.
"We currently live in an apartment complex. Cars are broken into and the cops sometimes get called. We don’t have cameras so nothing is done about the break ins. "
  • Ken T.
"Nicely kept homes and lots of trees. Good sidewalks for walking your dogs. The neighbors are friendly and the yard are well kept. "
  • Tammy A.
"I am not sure. I am not a pet owner and don’t know what be of interest to them. There are a lot of dogs in my neighborhood therefore, I will assume it is pet friendly."
  • Lea K. M.
"There is nothing on premises for kids of any age to do not anything close by. The dog park is closer than any park around. "
  • Phillip.birdine
"Several highways nearby as well as major streets . Traffic can get backed up on game nights and has typical heavy morning and evening traffic"
  • Sbaker a.
"Friendly stable neighborhood close to middle school. Lots of walkers close to trails. Not cookie cutter"
  • Jamie C.
