The house also has additional indoor storage, not adding to the house's square footage. The backyard has 2 spacious sheds. The house is a 5-minute walk. drive to main downtown streets, boutiques, restaurants, library, school, farmers market, town festivities, and 18 min an 18-minuteto Surfside beach. The house offers easy access to major roads and Hwy 288. Grocery shops, malls, hospitals, churches, and parks are within a short drive of the city.

The Resident pays for all utilities, including trash, sewer, and water as well as landscaping. We are pet-friendly. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Animals are approved with a non-refundable pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent per pet. Dogs whose breed or dominant breed weight exceeds 50 lbs at maturity are not accepted. Aggressive breeds or any combination of these breeds is not allowed. The following breeds or partial breeds are not permitted: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Dobermans, Chows, German Shepherds, and Australian Shepherds. Exotic animals and reptiles are not accepted. Completed applications are accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. The security deposit varies based on the results of the application review process; however, the standard security deposit is as mentioned in this listing. Section 8 is not accepted. The application fee is $50 and is Non-refundable.
