Very cute Cottage style 2 bed 1 bath house. Original wood floors, newly varnished throughout, with larger kitchen with room for table and chairs. Nice dining room. Clean, larger bathroom with classic tub and shower, all freshly painted. Newer refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Gated Driveway with carport no garage access.
New blinds and ceiling fans, cooler along with 3 window A/C units. Secure large front porch area great for coffee in the mornings and evening relaxation. Quiet older street great area for gardening in front.
Close to freeway access, fast food, grocery stores, downtown in 5 minutes, close to hospitals and schools elementary and high schools. Smaller backyard with fence. No landlord on site but close by.

Utilities included in rent is garbage and gardening. Other utilities will be at renters expense. Furniture seen in pictures ARE NOT included in rental, only for picture use.

One year rental lease option to renew on anniversary date with first month's rent and $1000 deposit due at signing. Pest control and gardener paid by landlord. Must have Renter's insurance to be shown on signing lease. No broken down cars or broken furniture allowed must be disposed of properly. Must keep property
clean and well maintained with Renter replacing things that are broken. Must maintain plumbing with installing hair catcher for drains or will be charged for plumbing fees if same problem continues.
Must be proactive inside and out this is of utmost importance. No relatives or friends to sublet this is not allowed. Any additional people living 2 or more weeks without Landlord's permission will be subject to breaking lease and charged additional rent and subject to legal means.

    "The schools are some of the most underperforming in Bakersfield, the parks are overran by homeless, the drug abusers will steal anything they can get their hands on (including my front porch bench and my lawn sprinkler.) The streets are like an obstacle course between avoiding pot holes and pedestrians running out in front of you. The rent is cheap though, so that’s cool. "

We don’t keep nothing of value in the vehicles so we do t worry a lot about it. Where we live most of the homes are rentals and they take pride in keep the grass cut. It’s funny the homeowners that live I. There home here let there yard go. Great area to live."
