This school allows the promotion of hate

Our special needs family has been treated unfairly and ignored by the school system. The Bus 14 driver and aide made multiple false claims about us, including a completely fabricated story that we made them wait 15 minutes for our nonspeaking autistic daughter to load the bus (school records show it was 5). Shortly after, CPS was called on us with false, ableist, and discriminatory allegations—proven untrue by the investigation.We’ve shown evidence of the driver’s erratic schedule, unsafe drop-offs, and untruthful reports (“no sign of life,” even when our kids’ backpacks are on the porch ready to go). We’ve brought this to the special needs director, the principal, and the superintendent—none of whom took action.No family should have to face this. We’ll be driving our kids ourselves until a new, safe driver is assigned. This is how Triton treats its special needs families.

Two kids here for last two years. Both very happy. Good communication with teachers is good and so far kids are learning good material as well as how to learn and think for themselves. No school is perfect, but as public schools go, Triton is great.
