We are on the 3rd/top floor, west facing, overlooking the courtyard and ocean. This unit's location allows us to keep windows and patio door open to maximize the ocean breeze with no concern for anyone breaking in, and with no units looking into ours. Very peaceful with ocean sound at night sometimes!
Parking is either in the outside parking lots or on the street(which is fairly easy). Garaged parking spots, some with EV, come available first come first serve for approx $100/mo.

I have a little 7 yr old bichon frise, hypo-allergenic breed that does not shed. If you have a friendly, quiet, minimally shedding dog that is on the quiet side and can be registered emotional support animal, we can see if they can be buddies :) Cat can be considered if it doesn't stir up my allergies.
Rental application and background screening is done through the leasing office for a $50 fee non-refundable.
