Long-time family home is now your opportunity to build sweat equity in a quaint neighborhood close to the North Andover town line! Downstairs this home features hardwood flooring and a galley kitchen with a large eat-in dining area. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all with hardwood flooring, and one bath. With some creativity, a bathroom could be added on the first floor as part of a modern redesign. The rear of the property offers a large detached brick 2-car garage, a paved area with plenty of parking for additional vehicles, and a small yard with storage shed. The Lawrence T Station commuter rail is a short walk/drive from the home as are the restaurants/shops at the Riverwalk. Easy access to I-495 and Rt 28. This is an estate sale and the seller has never lived in the home. Will not qualify for FHA financing and is being sold as-is, where-is, as seen. Come check out the possibilities today to see how you can re-imagine this home and make it your very own personal oasis!

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is 8 years old and in 3rd grade. She attends the SLE Elementary School and she loves it! In 2nd grade, her teacher assigned a research paper, presentation and poster! She presented in front of her class and parents that attended. Her homework on average is almost 2 hours! I think the teachers are wonderful and have always updated and communicated with us in regards to her development. In our experience the SLE Elementary School teachers are excellent and work hard ! They encourage talking things out, owning your behavior and you being responsible and nurture feelings by being kind.Parent Review12y ago - Spark Academy
