Unit has large mud room/laundry (has washer & dryer hookup), eat in Kitchen (room for table), full bath and Living room on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms plus storage area on 2nd floor and additional 2 bedrooms and walk in closet or storage room on 3rd floor too. Price is $1900 for 1 or 2 people or $2000 if more people and owner pays heat, hot water and lawncare so large expense paid by owner too! Available in next week as just having finishing painting and work on bath.

Nice location is on dead end street but walking distance to downtown Brewer and Bangor and just around corner to jump on I395 to get to Bangor, Orono or Ellsworth area. Pics and video coming next week

    "Quiet, but still busy. Almost everyone is polite and kind :) There is plentiful shopping and restaurants nearby. Public transportation is available. The town has multiple playgrounds throughout. The school system is AMAZING. It’s a comfortable mix of city bustle and quiet rural area. "
