Additionally, there is an office located off of the main entry foyer. This is in a quiet corner of the layout that is quite distant from bedrooms and main living area which allows for working from home without the distraction of other family members. The Laundry room has ample storage consisting of white shaker cabinets, shelving and large granite counter w/ stainless undermounted sink. This is an open floor plan with a huge kitchen (17' x 20') that connects via 12' opening to massive dining room/ living room combo (16' x 40') with vaulted ceiling and all LED recessed lighting. Luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout entire house. All bath and laundry rooms have tiled floors. There are several large storage closets in various locations throughout house, including in main entry foyer, and hallway in close proximity to kitchen. There is also a large storage/pantry room (with a door) off of the kitchen that has shelving and an isolated circuit outlet for an additional refrigerator or freezer (if wanted). There is also a large "screen porch" sitting room located in the front of the house that is accessed via double glass doors off the dining room. The Kitchen consists of classic white shaker cabinets with crown molding, granite counters and stainless appliances. Front yard includes lawn, trees/bushes, flower beds, and driveway. There is a concrete sidewalk that wraps completely around the house connecting to a large patio area in the rear yard. The back yard borders several acres of undeveloped woodlands making for a very private back yard area and the enjoyment of nature. As indicated in the heading, this is a single level house that can accommodate elderly or handicapped family members (house and all rooms, as well as master shower, and outside walkway are 100% wheelchair accessible). The home is equipped with Central air conditioning and forced hot air for heat (oil). There is also an independent 50 gallon oil fired hot water heater. The utility room has a separate entry and does not require technicians to enter the main house for routine service. We are looking to secure an annual lease at $3,400.00 per month, plus utilities. 1st month rent and equivalent for security deposit will be required at signing.
