Please be aware that while the elevator provides access to the building and units without stairs, reaching the rooftop deck requires climbing stairs. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and lighting anything, including candles, is not allowed indoors. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $150 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in a $300 cleaning fee if discovered. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will result in a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Any security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to guest behavior will be billed to the guest, with a minimum of $150.
