This school has decided to give students a grade of 61% for assignments that where not turned in by the student. They also will change the students grade to 61% if their actual grade was lower than 61%. This only reinforces the idea that the students don't really need to do their work because they will still get credit for it. How does this help develop their work ethic? How does this help them in "real life"? I would love to hear them tell their bosses "I didn't do my work but I would still like my paycheck." "My neighborhood is friendly with kids of all ages that play together outside. We have lots of shade and most everybody takes care of their yard. We are tucked away from busy streets and highways but close enough to hop on and go to the beach, downtown, Atlanta or NC! Clemson isn’t far away and all the schools are fantastic. People are social and friendly and it’s rare someone moves unless they have to bc this neighborhood is a hidden GEM. "
