Our furnished single family home has an ideal location, conveniently located between Hudson Highlands and Clarence Fahnestock State Parks, just 7 minutes from Cold Spring Main Street and 18 minutes from downtown Beacon.

Explore the nearby famous Breakneck Ridge Trail, Bannerman Castle, Dia Beacon and Storm King Museums, cute shopping districts, brunch spots, and so much more!

The kitchen is recently remodeled. We have recently updated appliances including a dishwasher.

The house is a legal 3 bedroom plus a large office, but is furnished as a four bedroom (2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and the children's bedroom). Our home is well outfitted for kids, furnished with a crib and a twin bed. Once you're inside the living space, there are no stairs. Two of the four bedrooms have workspaces.

The spacious three-season sunroom has direct access to the backyard. You'll have access to our washer and dryer. Our red light therapy (RLT) bed is also available for your use.

The entire living area and 13-acre property are yours to enjoy. Nestled on hilly and wooded land, the property offers stunning views of a scenic pond. In the back of the house, you'll find a large, flat lawn, as well as a deck complete with a grill and outdoor dining furniture.

You'll have access to a single car garage, but please note that the unfinished basement is used as the owner's storage.

Lease duration 3 months with possibility of extension.
No smoking inside.
Off-street parking is included.
