The entire living area and 13-acre property are yours to enjoy. Nestled on hilly and wooded land, the property offers stunning views of a scenic pond. In the back of the house, you'll find a large, flat lawn, as well as a deck complete with a grill and outdoor dining furniture.
You'll have access to a single car garage, but please note that the unfinished basement is used as the owner's storage.
Lease duration 3 months with possibility of extension.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHi, The following is based on the elementary school (sent my older kids to a private high school after Haldane's grade 8) The positives at Haldane reside with the students. The school is as safe as come with no hoods/drug dealers that are common on so many other school campuses. But there is a big price to pay. This school operates according to the NYS education code TO THE LETTER for fear of fines/censure. This means the teachers cannot employ (or develop) their teaching skills. The result is that the faculty (most under 40) operate in a highly mechanical, uniform manner. So, if your kids is strong semantically and you don't mind sending him to a local college (forget top colleges), then this school is for you. I notified the school, and they had the teacher apologize to them in private, not in the class where all the students saw him bullying them.
