Owner is responsible for water. Lease will be for 12 months. Smoking is NOT allowed in apartment or in any part of the building. There's is one garage for this unit.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
