About this House

3/2 Home on over 2 acres of irrigated property. The house is available 1/1/21. The house has been recently remodeled and is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes to the town of Tumalo and an easy commute to either Bend or Redmond. The house has an attached 2 car garage and a 36 x 36 insulated shop with a certified wood stove. The bedrooms and bathrooms have cadet heaters, but we use the certified wood stove as our primary source of heat. There is no AC in this home, but can be kept pretty cool with freestanding ac units in the heat of summer. There is exterior power for RV's. Irrigation pond and full yard irrigation. This house is available to single families, no multi-families please, or multiple roommates.

Yard-Partially fenced pasture (tenant is responsible for fence maintenance and hot wire, if necessary). The tenant is responsible for landscape upkeep of the pasture, but there is a riding lawnmower for the renters to use to maintain. The tenants are also responsible for moving the irrigation line daily to water the pasture. The owners pay to have the landscape in the front and back yard maintained.

Pets considered-We will allow 2 horses or 2 cows with deposit, and a large dog will be considered with an additional deposit. No cats allowed because the owners are highly allergic to cats and plan to move back at some point.

Neigborhood-Our house is at the end of a 1/2 mile gravel road. The neighborhood was established in the early 1970's and there are a mix of houses and mobiles in the 42 house neighborhood. As properties have sold in the neighborhood, new owners have come in and remodeled or are building new homes. Please do a drive-by of our house before we schedule a showing to make sure you are ok with the neighbors. There is a neighbor you have to pass by to get to our cul de sac and they are pretty messy. I placed an arrow on the the picture of our road to our house that depicts the messy house. Our property is surrounded by quiet neighbors, that you will find friendly and helpful. The property itself is extremely peaceful and lends great to backyard entertaining.
