As a longtime Mt. Shasta resident, I'll be away in Europe for a two-month sabbatical and am looking for a responsible renter who will appreciate the home's cozy interior and peaceful outdoor space. The house will remain fully furnished as shown in the listing photos, including a sofa, lounge chair, dining table and chairs, a queen bed and dresser in the primary bedroom, and a double bed in the guest room.
I will clear all personal belongings from closets, dressers, the mudroom, bathroom, and the office area in the guest room to ensure the space is fully ready for your stay. The kitchen will remain well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and other essentials. Fresh bed linens and towels will also be provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
THIS IS A TWO-MONTH RENTAL AND WILL BE AVAILABLE AUGUST 13, 2025 THROUGH OCTOBER 15TH, 2025. The rental includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and high-speed internet covered by the owner. Firepits and smoking are prohibited anywhere on the property.
The yard is maintained with an automatic sprinkler system, and a gardener will visit once a month to handle outdoor upkeep and water the indoor plants.
