Description

New roof (2010), new A/C and duct work and new pump (2014), windows replaced (2012). Kitchen was redone in 2012 and just redone the bathroom in 2015. The house has hardwoods throughout the entire house except for the lithe and bathroom. Put down new carpet in 2014 over the hardwoods. This house is in excellent condition. Also just built and 400 sq. Ft. Shop off to the side of the house. There is also a 22' above ground pool with sandfilter pump.
