"Lots of people walking their dogs frequently - all friendly, nice neighbors. Nice sidewalks and trails to enjoy for evetyone."
    • Pia W
"I’m not aware of any. Very remote and tucked away if you like that. I miss being in the middle of it all and having access to a lot of places."
    • Pia W
"I lived in this neighborhood for five years, and it has a beautiful view of the mountain, which is snowcapped during winter. It feels like you are not in Orange County, but more of a little town tucked away somewhere in the mountains. The upside is its privacy, but the downside is being very secluded from everything else."
    • Mike F.
"Its a very nice place. Well maintained, nice homes and neighborhoods. Guard gate keeps our privacy relatively well in tact. "
    • Jessica R.
"My neighborhood has great access to hikes, biking and people who want to raise a family. If you’re in mid 20s not raising a family, neighborhood isn’t for you. "
    • Bronson M.
"Beautiful oasis of OC. Nestled in the mountains yet close to everything! Great Neighbors, great holiday decor!"
    • Amenmom

"Come experience the 'country in the city' atmosphere surrounding the Dakotas, and see why people love to live, work and play in this wonderful community!"
    • ls l.
"I live and work here in the wonderful area of the Dakotas of Wagon Wheel Canyon, west of the gates of Coto de Caza, California. It's a wonderful place! Has a "country in the city" atmosphere with fun parks, walking trails, horse trails, association pool and spa, and Toll Roads are close for easy commute. The main reason to live here is the low homeowners' association dues of only $203 per month! Outstanding! "
