Each room rents for $1260/mth and cost includes utilities. . Master room with its own bathroom rents for $1460/mth and cost also includes utilities'. Rental prices are good only for 6-12 mth lease.
House and suite is newly remodeled. Washer, refrigerator and stove installed. New mini ductless system with AC and Heater and Fireplace. Sufficient parking for all renters. Back land for BBQ or entertaining family and friends. Quite and friendly neighborhood. Proximate to original downtown Kyle, bars, restaurant's,10 minutes from Texas state and 30 minutes from Austin. Walking distance to City Library, Kyle elementary and middle school.

1st month rent and security deposit (equal to 1st mth rent), pet deposit and pet rent required upon signing lease. Utilities are already hooked up and ready for use. Utilities are included in the cost except internet at renter cost. Owner maintains grass cutting and trimming and responsible for any normal maintenance issues. Renter required to obtain renter insurance. Pets are negotiable. Owner lives near by and can assist with any issues quickly. Monthly lease due date at renters request. Short term(1-6 mth) furnished lease is available at other price.
