Beautiful Home in Trailwood Estates in Crestview - This beautiful home has many excellent features. There is gorgeous crown molding, 10 foot ceilings, nice lighting, and beautiful tile flooring. The kitchen is fantastic and features granite counter-tops, center island, stainless steel appliances, tile back splash and custom cabinets. Between the dining room and kitchen is a ''Butler's Pantry'' with a built-in wine cooler, counter and cabinets. One of the owner's favorite things is the master bath. The shower is a huge walk-in with cultured marble and glass walls. There's also a large corner tub with whirlpool, plenty of cabinets and double vanities. Requirements for rental are credit and background check, 3x's the rent in household income, rental history, employment and income verification. The best way to schedule a viewing is to call the office Monday thru Friday.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
