Downstairs includes a kitchen with ample cabinet space, half bath, washer/dryer closet and a large living area. Off of the living room is an outdoor fenced patio area (14x8 roughly). The flooring downstairs features tile, and the living room has two fans to keep the electric bills low. The upstairs carpeted bedrooms are each 13x13, with large walk-in closets accessible by two doors. Each bedroom also includes a balcony and ceiling fan. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.

Located on the corner of East Starr and N Fredonia, Campus Colony is within easy walking distance of SFASU, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment includes one parking space. SFASU students--we will give you a rental credit for your commuter parking pass if you use the commuter lot across the side street instead of the Campus Colony parking lot (if you have a roommate we can give a credit for two SFASU commuter parking passes with proof of payment).

Tenant is responsible for electricity, water/wastewater and trash. Optimum internet is also available, but not required. Landlord pays for natural gas.

Cats and dogs allowed, but subject to landlord approval. Pet rent of $35/month and $150 non-refundable fee per pet required. Certain breeds of dogs including pit bulls, wolf hybrids, cane corsos, huskies, German shepherds are prohibited. This list is not exhaustive. Any service animal is subject to verification.

The application fee is a non-refundable $35 per tenant. Please ask questions before you apply, reviewing the rental qualifications is required.

There is only 15-17 homes in the neighborhood and only ond entrance making traffic non-existant. My personal opinion of this home is that it is the nicest home in the neighborhood. I wished we would have known this home was going to enter the market otherwise we would have waited!"
