We built a custom lodge pole fence with 4 custom gates around 2 of the 2 1/2 acres of the main property. We remodeled the inside of the home and added new flooring, attic insulation, wall insulation and new drywall. added 3 pergolas for outdoor living with landscaping. We had custom patios poured around the entire home. It is a true oasis to be in, in both winter and spring. over 100 trees and flowers planted. New carpet throughout, all new dual pane custom windows and custom entry doors. Drip irrigation and solid septic system. Wood stove in newly remodeled living room. Furnished, turn- key. Many hours and hard work and love went into this place to make it a great place to live in or as a seasonal rental.

The number of lunatics is probably higher than some places per capita but since the place is soooo spread out you can see them coming well ahead of time."
