This is a large spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story new-build house. Every tenant has their own bedroom and the bathrooms are shared, with the exception of the Master bedroom. There is a large front yard and backyard. The house is near hiking trails, a large community park, and a close drive to UC Riverside (10 mins). The neighborhood is a very quiet scenic area. The rooms are all spacious and most include walk-in closets, with the exception of the downstairs bedroom. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Upon availability, Rooms are $835 per month. The Common areas, such as the dining, living, and kitchen are furnished.

Currently have 2 bedrooms available (both are pictured in the photos) move in September 1st, 2026, 1 yr lease.

Utilities are included within the rent price. There is plenty of street parking, driveway parking and a 2 car garage available. There are no pets allowed on the property. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house. The lease is set for 1 year. Looking for a female housemate. There will be 4 other housemates (all females). Everyone has their own rooms.
