Parking is provided next to the apartment for two vehicles. Floor plan: Kitchen (13x10), Dining area (12x8), Pantry, Full bath (shower/tub), Living room (14x13), and Two Bedrooms (13x13 & 11x10). An armoire is provided in the smaller bedroom to use for closet space; the larger bedroom has a full closet. Tenant selects their own internet company & plan. Tenant has access to shared use of a small fenced in back yard, and there is a small deck adjacent to the back door of the 1st floor. See pictures attached with this listing.

Landlord is readily available for tenant's needs. Contact person is Marcus Johnson.

Available on Saturday, June 1st (possible move in date as early as Saturday, May 25th). One month security deposit, proof of renter's insurance & first month's rent due upon signing of the lease.
