The back yard is fenced and contains an enclosed porch which overlooks a green area in the back meaning no neighbors behind you 30 minutes to Destin's Gulf Beaches.. Credit check performed score needs to be 650 or higher. One Pet Small dog 20lbs or less considered see Lease Summary for details and pet rent/security adjustment.

24 months lease minimum, rent for (first 12 months) $1975 rent for month's (13 to 24) $2073.
 Verification of Income and Rental history is a requirement.
One dog will be given consideration and must be less than 20lbs, have proof of being on a flee removal program. The renter will be responsible for renter's insurance which includes a rider for the pet insurance. Their is additional cost of $30 for dog rent making the (first 12 months rent $2005) and month's (13 to 24) $2075. There is additional security deposit of $300 for the dog bring the total security to $2800.
