You want cheap homes in ratchet neighborhoods, this is the place for you. Never would have moved here had I known it was this bad. Can’t wait to get my kids out of here. ASAP. "

    "It’s easy to get down town from Harrogate. The 5 bus runs down Frankford Avenue to center city, the 3 bus runs down Kensington Avenue to center city. The el has two stops in the area, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Erie Torresdale or Tioga station."
