"Park East Neighborhood is a little gem located within the city limits of Sarasota. It is a comfortable walk to town location, two miles from the bay, four miles from Lido Beach. Quiet and private, working class families with children as well as retirees. Folks have gardens, swimming pools and dogs that are walked on leashes. Lovely little treasure."
