Walk-in closet, king bed, Smart TV, Induction burners, full fridge, Airfryer/microwave. Spa-like walk-in shower. Washer/Dryer in unit. (Sorry no pets/no smoking). We are close to Bog Brewery, Sailbird Distillery, Buena Onda, The new Blue Hen Cafe, The Refillery, Mayacuya Bakery and around the corner from Serenity Yoga Studio. All utilities including internet are included. Off street parking provided.

Owner pays for all utilities. No cable channels, but Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Peacock, AppleTV and Utube are free to tenant. One off-street parking space provided AND use of a guest parking spot.
