However especially with smaller dogs they cannot be left outside unattended , even in fenced yards because at least twice a year in our neighborhood a dog or cat is killed by Coyotes. Our next door neighbor lost a 25 pound little white dog overnight in their fenced in back yard to a coyote attack."
