Perfect home for a small family, retired couple, or single person. Land behind fences is not part of the home rental. Only 3 occupants allowed per house. NO PETS. Parking spaces available in front of each house.
Must have an application through Zillow before showing properties. No section 8 or housing vouchers. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS (TikTok or anywhere else). I have not advertised and I do not accept applications from anywhere but Zillow.
