Please be aware that all properties require the applicant(s)' combined gross income to be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, along with a credit score of 620 or higher and a solid payment history.

Students must provide a qualified guarantor instead of traditional income verification.

These are necessary to complete your application.

Each potential tenant and their guarantor must both complete an application in order to be considered for a lease.

IF you or your group are approved for a lease with us, you will have 7 days to make your full security deposit payment, and to sign the lease. If both steps are not completed within 7 days of notification, the house will move on to the next qualified applicant or group of applicants in line.*
