Eat-In Kitchen / Breakfast Room with pantry. The Owner's bedroom is 19 X 15' with attached bathroom that includes a garden tub and separate shower. Three more bedrooms to be used for family or bonus space for an office, playroom, or crafting room. A double garage is attached in this well-lit neighborhood that includes POOL access. Spacious fenced back yard with a SECOND fireplace on the patio.

Up to 1 pet allowed with owner approval and 1 time non refundable pet fee.

Rent is $2400/month
Security deposit is $2400 with credit score of 650 or higher.

 We do not accept applications from other sites.

Acceptance is based on a combination of credit score, income, and rental history.
650 minimum Credit Score and 3 1/2 times income vs rent amount.

If application(s) is/are accepted, the home can be held up to 2 weeks IF security deposit is paid and lease is signed.

The application fee is $85 per person 18 and older. Every one 18 and older is required to fill out a separate application. The application fee is non-refundable.

For move-in there is a one-time non-refundable $100 (total, not per person) admin fee.

    "safe and good community with plenty to do and a variety of stores for clothes and groceries and other necessities from high-end to load in for everyone in all different brackets of income there are plenty of police around the area to make sure you feel safe where you live. The schools are some of the best in the area. You don’t have to worry about your children’s safety because there are security guards, police officers, and lock doors with cameras to the buildings."

    "My commute to downtown is about 4 miles from Hardy McManus Rd straight to Riverwatch and Downtown and Hospitals. I am also 4 miles to our Family Business, Looper Cabinet Co. Also I’m 2 miles Washington Rd which takes me to the Lake. Greenbrier Schools (all three) are a mile from my House. And, the sports venue’s for Baseball, Softball, Football and Soccer are about 4 miles from me as well. It’s a super great area to live and raise kids, and the economy always stays strong. "
