About this House

I have 2 rooms for rent, both sharing a bathroom, fridge, washer and dryer. We have other rooms you could store excess items in aswell. Water, light, and wifi are all included in the 800. It's 800 to move in and the first month is prorated. You pay for the month ahead so for example you'd pay 800 on the first of November, but if you decide to move out at the end of the month you'd owe us nothing. I live here with my wife, daughter, and dog. Pet and family friendly.

Month to month lease, for aslong as you want to stay, or until we sell the house next year.

No smoking in the house, vaping IS allowed but only in your room. Aslong as our daughter isn't in the room vaping should be fine

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
