Cleaning fees are based upon market rates from cleaning companies to deep clean properties of the particular size and can range from $400-$900. This will be returned if the property is returned to the level of cleanliness at move in.
3. First month's rent AND last month's rent are required at the beginning of the lease in addition to those months' fees.
4. Pet Application Fee- Each pet will have a one-time $250 pet application fee
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount. However, in cases with more perceived risks due to low credit (less than 650), unreliable income, negative rental history, etc., the Landlord reserves the right to require a higher security deposit.
