This includes newer wall-to-wall; newer bath fixtures; newer kit. counters; newer vinyl floors in kit., full bath and 3/4 bath upstairs and new paint throughout. The upper level was finished in a large bedroom, a den and the 3/4 bath. The lot is of .8 of an acre and the owner has provided a riding mower to use on the large lawn area.
