2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 1527 sq.ft. golf course home off private road in quiet neighborhood. Close to the 78 and 5 freeways in Oceanside. Location is close to shopping, restaurants, and schools.
Small kitchen, dishwasher has been removed for more storage. Oven/stove & microwave included, refrigerator negotiable.
Washer/dryer hook ups in garage.
No air conditioner as we have never found it necessary, there are lovely breezes off the golf course and coming up from the coast. There are ceiling fans.
Gas( with glass) fireplace, not wood burning.
There are some laminate areas and some carpeted areas. Carpet is brand new.

Renter is responsible for all Utilities which may include electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, cable, and internet. Rent and security deposit due 3 days before signing of rental agreement. Renter is required to adhere to the El Camino Villas HOA CC&R's. Owner pays association dues. HOA requires you to park in your garage unless there are extenuating circumstances. Parking is quite limited but there is a small guest parking area of about 5 spaces.
A copy of the CC&R's will be issued to the renter 1 week previous to signing for review. Renter must show proof of renter's insurance.
Maximum occupancy 3. No subletting. No pets and yard is not fenced. There is a steep slope down to the golf course off of the back patio, so best not to have young children.
