Upper Arlington's Tremont Elementary School is one block down from the end of the street. Shopping and restaurants are two blocks away at Kingsdale Shopping center. We ask for a security deposit equal to one month's rent. We don't allow pets and we ask our tenants not to smoke in our property.

No pets, no smoking in the building and we ask for a 12 month lease. Tenants pay utilities except trash.
