Small refrigerator going to Findlay. 600 sq ft of unfinished area. Includes workshop & storage area. Furnace & water heater updated in 2015 by previous owners. Sump pump updated by me. Includes a backup power supply.

Large 2 car garage. Includes automatic garage door w/ 1 remote. Includes outside / inside doors. Then 3 - 5 outside parking spaces.

Inside, painted most rooms. Laid either tile, vinyl, or wood flooring upstairs & downstairs. Replaced overhead lights w/ overhead fans/lights. Changed out bathroom toilet (sitting on a blue toilet isn't my thing) & vanity tops. Replaced basement stairway single railing w/ 2 new railings. Replaced sump pump.

Outside, basically painted 3 times. Wood siding needed a little help. Shutters taken down while painting. Bad shutters replaced, good ones repainted, new ones added. Gutters repaired & eventually painted. Downspouts painted. Rebuilt deck down to the posts. Stained or painted each board in the deck. Pulled up pavers around deck. Relayed pavers. Trimmed trees. Added 2 trees. Planted arborvitaes on side of the house for future weather protection. Added other various plants/flowers. Changed the front, side, and back door lights. Added motion detection lights. Adjusted gravel parking to make user-friendly. Added new storm doors/screens front and back. Replaced front doorbell. Added lattice to the front porch to prevent weather damage from wind and rain. Provides privacy.

New stations are very appealing by design, big city trendy and super nice inside. You can find just about anything you may need for a road trip, cell phone accessories or everyday commuting.
