    "There is literally a bar with tons of outside seating and a dog park in Baylor, as far as I’m concerned it’s very dog friendly considering you can have a mixed drink while your dog runs around in the play area"

Something to watch out for, for anyone, is moving near a party house, for sake of noise. The police have been pretty good about shutting them down around 11, but that’s still pretty late even for me.
