Well I never went to this school, but there are a lot of special teachers and administrators there that care for their students and are very helpful when it comes to helping kids learn. In my personal opinion Broussard Middle School is one of the best schools ever!

I've heard great things about Comeaux High. There is a lot of adversity and a lot of programs for students to participate in which is great because my daughter loves to be involved. My daughter recently transferred to Comeaux. She is a 9th grader. She ran track at her previous school, so I am looking forward to her shining at Comeaux on track and field. My daughter has been talking to me a lot about college because the teachers/staff is pushing them towards college. However, I do agree with another review; the school is outdated and needs a major facelift. A person is a product of their environment. The schools look can be depressing after a while. After my daughters first day that was the first thing, she mentioned to me when she got home how outdated the school is which is very true. It looks OLD and smells OLD! With a new look it would be a positive environment and increase student productivity. It starts within.I look forward to seeing how my child succeeds with the help of Comeaux High. So far, so good!

ABSOULTELY LOVE MRS. TRAHAN! SHE HAS BEEN GOD SENT!

This is the best elementary school in Lafayette Parish. The administration and teachers set the pace for the students. They engage with the students and care deeply about the kids. The academics are excellent, as reflected in the test scores and AR reading program (which is first rate, by the way). Nevertheless, the faculty assigns a manageable amount of homework...much appreciated by the parents. The school also offers kids many extra-curricular activities to help round out their experience. In all, EG is a first rate school that is a the very top of Lafayette Parish. I am thankful that my children were able to attend.

My daughter attended J Wallace James, and I witnessed firsthand how her medical needs were ignored. She had a documented kidney condition with clear instructions not to run or overexert herself, yet she was still forced to. That caused her unnecessary pain and stress. No child should have to fight to have their health respected. J Wallace ls NOT a school that I would recommend.
