6. Renter's insurance required with at least $300,000 in personal liability coverage for the entire tenancy. Tenant must list landlord as an interested party/additional interest on the policy, where available. Proof of coverage is required prior to move-in

7. Tenant responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated in lease

8. Owner can provide landscaping service, or tenant may receive a $150/month rent credit for agreed-upon landscape maintenance

8. First month's rent + security deposit as permitted by California law required for move-in

    "Aptos is nice. Very quiet and peaceful. Very safe. Nice natural grocery stores near by. A couple of nice restaurants. Weather during the rainy season can lead to extended power outages and road closures luckily that is only a few times a year. "

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
