"Unfortunately Proctor is going downhill quickly. Low income Rental houses are popping up throughout the area and these properties are allowed to fall into terrible disrepair and squalor. Sadly an area on the slide Down. "
  • TNS
"A once proud working class area in rapid decline. Far to many rental properties that are in terrible disrepair."
  • Kelsi L.
"Driving around is very easy and calm. You have easy access to anything in Duluth and are fairly close to cloquet and surrounding areas"
  • Kelsi L.
"Owners walk dogs all over town streets are typically quiet and dogs are on leashes. There is no dog park in the area but there are various fields you can let your dog off leash when sports activities are not taking place."
  • Chrissythiry
"I’ve lived here for over 17 years. Great place to raise a family. Great community with great people. "
  • Trulia User
"Lived in our home for the last 16 years, we have made many wonderful connections with our fantastic neighbors."
