Description

Executive-Level Home In a Premier Destination Neighborhood
Welcome to Pheasant Run—an enchanting, storybook neighborhood defined by softly traveled streets and a gallery of custom, well-appointed homes. Perfectly positioned at the interior of the development, this residence backs to 100 acres of protected city land with mature forest and walking trails, offering privacy, natural beauty, and a lifestyle that truly enhances the way you live, work, and play.
A grand front porch with a canopied entry invites you in, featuring a welcoming sitting area ideal for greeting guests. Step inside the foyer and experience an immediate sense of elegance as sightlines extend through the main living space to floor-to-ceiling windows framing a breathtaking backyard oasis. The outdoor setting is a true retreat—complete with a paver patio, retaining wall gardens, a custom pergola, and an expansive deck designed for grilling, entertaining, and gathering.
Flanking the entry are two exceptional spaces: a stunning formal dining room with built-in cabinetry and a magazine-worthy home office with French doors and views of the porch—perfect for today’s work-from-home lifestyle.
The great room seamlessly blends living, dining, and kitchen into one cohesive, high-impact space. Modern finishes, a statement fireplace, custom built-ins, and thoughtfully selected lighting fixtures create a warm yet refined atmosphere filled with natural light.
The kitchen is both stylish and highly functional, featuring granite countertops, a clean-lined backsplash, and an elongated pantry with a window—offering both beauty and practicality.
From the garage entry, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed mudroom zone including laundry, half bath, closet, and locker area—crafted with everyday living and organization in mind.
Upstairs, four spacious bedrooms are situated on the same level, anchored by a generous hall and a cozy sitting area beneath the open stairwell, where natural light pours in. The primary suite is truly exceptional—featuring a double-door entry, serene window views, and a calming ambiance that feels straight out of a design magazine. The luxurious ensuite bath includes quartz countertops, a four-fixture layout, and the expansive walk-in closet is as functional as it is impressive. Every detail—from lighting to hardware to mirrors—has been carefully curated for a polished, elevated finish. Additional detailing includes upper bedroom ceilings clad with wood, adding warmth, texture, and architectural interest.
Each secondary bedroom offers excellent proportions, large windows, generous closet space, and a soft, cohesive color palette.
The lower level is a standout feature of the home. Designed with remarkable attention to detail, the walk-out space combines comfort and sophistication with a stone fireplace, game-night seating area, and a bar finished with a marble top which offers a refined, custom touch. Architectural touches such as exposed trusses and shiplap alcoves add warmth and character, creating a relaxed, lakeside-inspired feel. This level also includes a fifth bedroom and a spa-quality guest bath with in-floor heat and a tiled walk-in shower, along with abundant storage.
The garage continues the theme of quality, featuring finished, heated, and insulated spaces for year-round comfort and usability. Exterior highlights include a concrete driveway, an additional paved parking pad, and a beautifully balanced mix of stonework and natural landscaping that enhances curb appeal from every angle.
While professional photography tells part of the story, the true experience can only be appreciated in person. Schedule your private showing and discover a home designed for living with intention.

"I lived a couple of blocks away for 18 years. While everything in the review from 6 years ago was definitely true, I know for a fact that activity has greatly improved. The scsu attendance is greatly reduced, so the walk- by traffic has diminished significantly. The university had extended their discipline of student activity to include bad behavior off-campus. On the downside, there are far fewer events held on campus. It is wonderful to walk to downtown, even to Lake George and to the public library, depending on how much exercising you want to do! Multiple bus routes make a stop at Miller Library so it is very convenient to get around. The Neighborhood’s homeowners would welcome the Rehab of this beautiful jem. There is an historical preservation committee, and the members have a great deal of experience in returning homes to their initial glory. As this is on auction, it could be that the pipes were frozen, and any buyer would be looking at the replacement of the plumbing system. Check the utility records to see if the usage was high during the winter. Good luck searching for the right house for you and your family!"
  • Greta Gail Weisman
"Good people,, safe . Quiet . Sometimes neighbors are too close . I’d like more privacy………………………."..".."
  • Maria Mg
" Convenient and easy to access. I like getting to places quickly and it’s a safe place. I like having a yard. "
  • Trulia User
"Best spot to raise a family and also a treasure of views, shopping and parks - nice community - lots of churches and events for all"
  • Punkrocksoul1991
"We have lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and know most of our neighbors on first name basis. There are lots of families and multi-generational families. We appreciate the diversity of the neighborhood. It is generally very safe although there are places to avoid due to the occupants. We lock our doors and I don’t let my elementary school son walk alone around the block for safety, but I am a cautious person. It’s a busy, but quiet neighborhood. "
  • Trulia User
"it was a great area but our couple neighbors turned on us. I stay away we love our neighborhood now. Clearwater Rd is a great area. "
  • Trulia User
"Close enough to downtown that you can walk or bike if the weather permits. Close to hwy10 for an easy commute out of town as well."
  • Trulia User
"We have lived here for 14 years and our kids have grown here. Safe for kids to play outside and that’s why we call it home. "
  • Trulia User
"Good stuff. This neighborhood is good stuff. The best. The greatest. If you don’t live here you’re not cool. "
  • Cloud native
"Easy trip down the Interstate to MSP Airport. Learn the backroads in Saint Cloud and commuting and shopping is easy. Stay of Division. "

"Lots of traffic on Veterans drive so a fenced in yard is beneficial in this area! Lots of dog walkers in the area so having a friendly, social pup is ideal! "
  • Wichapi S.
"I drive a car but would like to utilize the bus routes and wished they would be more frequent to pick those up at bus stops and operate longer in the evening..out traffic is mild to moderate"
  • Debra.dee.jones
"We walk our dogs every day or take them to one of the nearby dog parks. We never have issues with people or other dogs."
  • Wichapi S.
"This is a rural community. So traffic is light. It takes about 8 minutes to the nearest city, which can be heavy traffic in the morning and late afternoon and weekends"
  • Henkemeyer18
"There are a lot of new people to meet and we build amazing bonds and friendships I’ve now live here for eleven years and it is a blast"
  • Kota J.

  • Heather
"We don't have many trick or treaters. Busy roads but lots of law enforcement makes me feel safe. Neighbors are all quiet and lawns are well kept."
  • Makunefke
"I've lived here over 4 years, and I love it! Our cul de sac (the Loop) feels like one big family. We look out for and take care of one another. We have a happy mix of families with and without children. We all know how to have a good time without being irresponsible or disrespectful. "
  • Brro0601
"Good people and great houses. It is easy to to do walks at anytime day or night. You are near to schools. I have a health club two blocks away. You can also do your grocery shopping or eat at restaurants four blocks away."
  • Boe t.
"The roads are in poor condition. There’s a prostitute across the street & druggies in several houses/Apartments nearby. Many parents let their kids run free during the day 8am-9pm, so don’t expect sleep if you work overnights. "
