Love his teachers, they really helped him grow this past year! The security is great, doors are locked at all times.Their drop-off and pick-up procedure is wonderful-very professional! My girlfriend is in 8th as well. SOMEONE IN THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO CONTROL THEIR STUDENTS. My girlfriend is severely insecure about their body and your petty students didn’t help. "This is an ideal location for dogs. Yards are spacious and many are fenced in. The lake is safe and shaded and beautiful. You see people walking their dogs here all the time. "

"There are parks and sidewalks, and it is relatively quiet. Most people keep to themselves or use the Facebook page to communicate neighborhood activity. Overall a safe environment compared to some areas downtown. "

"This is tucked away behind Carolina Beach road, and is part of Sunset Park, called Sunset South. I live here and have lived here with my wife and 4 kids since 2005. It is an excellent neighborhood. I feel very lucky to live here in this secure neighborhood but still near the bridge, downtown, and monkey junction. "
