My teachers are all nice but i think they have too many people to manage because if you get behind that’s pretty much wraps for you. You get no help even if you talk to the teachers, it just never really feels like you’re on the same page or if u ever really receive proper credit for the time you put in. I really regret switching to Fletcher as much as i wanted it to work. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 kids that attend Neptune Beach Elementary. One child has an IEP, and we have had a great experience with all of his teachers. The school has been very willing to provide appropriate accommodations so that my child is successful. This school is extremely inclusive. We have never had any experiences with bullying. The other students and general atmosphere have always been extremely encouraging and kind. My other child is in the gifted program. My child goes to the Gifted and Talented Education program (GATE) one day a week. And, the specialized teachers in GATE are amazing. My child enjoys his special GATE day so much. My child has learned public speaking, to research topics, take notes, and to ask insightful questions. My child also receives differentiated work based upon his skill level. I know that we are lucky to have gifted teachers and the GATE program b/c it is not available at all public schools. There are 2 playgrounds and both are a lot of fun. The school provides free breakfast and lunch too. The teachers dress up as fun characters in the car line, and play fun music to welcome the students. The PTA works hard to support the school, and offer fun activities for the kids. I think the pickup and drop off process is extremely efficient and quick. "30 minute commute to downtown via Atlantic blvd/Matthews bridge. Usual heavy traffic during rush hours. However, the commute is better than using I95, 295 or JTB"

"Incredible location. 100 yards to beach, library is just across 3rd street. Restaurants/nightlife just a 5 min walk down 1st Street. Publix about 1/2 mile and everything else within 1-3 miles. Can't get much better than this if you live at the beach, man. "

"This is a nice area I live very close to this home, There are many things to do here. The beach is within walking distances lots of restaurants, and beach stores. Very clean, and I feel a safe place to live. "

"This is a wonderful area to raise a family. Near very good schools. A short walk to ocean and a park. This is a quiet area where neighbors know each other. Near restaurants and shopping. You have to go out of the neighborhood for entertainment and night life."

"A hidden gem without any through traffic. I spoke to the owner and walked into the backyard. Great views of the marsh and intracoastal. Sure must be nice open space and no neighbors to the west."
