Description

I have a large room (12'2"x12'4", only slightly smaller than the master bedroom) with a private bathroom available. Also comes with a parking space.

It's in North Bothell, close to Mill Creek, in a complex called The Park at North Creek. Walking distance to multiple restaurants with 4.5 stars or higher. The closet is a bit on the small side because it has the hot water heater in it, but the bedroom is large enough that you could get an armoire if needed.

I just got the place so the common areas are not yet fully furnished but should be by Sept 10 or so. Will have black out blinds in a couple weeks, but currently there are none. I'm also waiting until black Friday to get a 75" OLED TV, so there will be no TV for a while.

No smoking, must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
