"Excellent community to raise a family. Clean, safe & quiet with a swimming pool, park, disc golf course and walking trails; also a few minutes away from a local fishing spot and Centerra outdoor mall. "
  • scott
"Johnstown is a bedroom community in the Northern Colorado area. Pioneer Ridge is the Crown Jewel of the town. Good Schools, Nice Neighbors, Lots of kids. Pet Friendly, Low crime, Good covenants, HOA is solvent and receives "oil and Gas royalties" to defray many of the operating expenses. There is minimal public transportation, it is hard to walk to the center of town and the town has minimal shopping with no impressive nightlife. Loveland and Longmont are not too far away, however."
