The owner works for the Dean's office of Tulane Medical School and is looking to rent to MD/Law students or other working professionals. The owner lives on the other side of the house with her husband, two dogs, and one cat. The house has a shared porch and front yard, which the owner's Australian Cattle Dog and Frenchie have access to. The owner loves entertaining with cocktails and snacks on the front porch when the weather is nice and is happy to share drinks and cooking knowledge with the tenet(s).

Available fully furnished, partly furnished, or unfurnished. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. The owner is happy to change the furniture in the bedrooms to better suit the tenet(s) -- remove the second bed in second bedroom, add desks, etc. If desired, the kitchen can come equipped with tableware, cookware, a gourmet coffee and tea station featuring electric drip and french press coffee makers, a Delonghi espresso/cappuccino machine, and other kitchen tools and supplies. There are two newly renovated Carrera marble bathrooms - one with a huge standing shower and one with a shower/soaking tub combination.
Central air and heat, washer and dryer, foam insulation, wood floors, high ceilings, spacious rooms, lots of natural light. The kitchen has granite counters, travertine floors, and stainless steel appliances.

All utilities, internet, cable TV, and an HBO Max streaming subscription included. Cat friendly, no dogs. Security deposit of $3,500 required with first month rent, 12-month lease.
