I felt like I was close to everything from downtown to St Johns town center in addition to being only 10 minutes away from the beach. There is a super target, a couple grocery stores and several restaurants and bars that are in a walking distance. It is also a plus to be only 5 minutes away from Mayo Clinic and 15 min from UNF. I am a single woman and I never felt awkward walking out at night by myself in the neighborhood. Very safe and clean and my neighbors were very friendly."
