It includes a long asphalt driveway for off street parking. This super-efficient and spacious two-bedroom house is all-electric with LED lighting throughout, and has a large back yard. The original hard wood flooring was refinished throughout the house and has ceramic tile in the laundry room and bathroom. This spacious open floor plan allows you to visit with friends in the large open living room while making dinner. The kitchen has brand new cabinets and full size stainless steel appliances including an electric stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave.

The house has a large front porch and two large bedrooms measuring 13' x 13' and 11 "x 19'. You will find a huge kitchen large enough to accommodate a table and chairs. It also has a separate dining nook which could also be used as an office measuring 8' x 8'. The large living room measures 13' x 13'. The separate laundry room includes a washer and dryer, a 40-gallon water heater, and a water softener. You will find several closets throughout house along with a very nice bathroom including a tub & shower unit, with shelving at the end of the tub for linens. There is a mudroom for storage off the laundry room that exits toward the back yard and porch.

This home is centrally located near downtown, the Missouri S&T Campus, walking trails, and is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

It includes multiple USB charging ports and media centers in the living room and bedroom. The apartment rents for $1,000 per month. There is a $1,000 move in deposit/threshold fee.
