"Nothing at all. Neighborhoods have too much crime and it’s not safe for kids to play outside. Homeowners do not keep up their property and charge to much for rent. "

"Some areas are good, some are bad. It all depends. When you look for houses, try looking in the summer time. That way you can check out your neighbors, see if bikes and toys are outside. If you have children, they’ll have friends in the neighborhood to play with. Also, if you have children, keep a close eye them!! "

"I used to live there. Had to get out because theft was awful, traffic was frightening. People were always speeding. Too many of the houses are abandoned, drug activity was constant The area is not maintained. You cannot feel safe there, day or night. I would not recommend this area to anyone."
